¡MANTÉNGASE ALEJADO de estos apartamentos! Si está pensando en mudarse a sus apartamentos de la Fase II, ¡¡¡NO LO HAGA!!! ¡¡¡Me han desaparecido varios paquetes!!! Fui a la oficina de arrendamiento para informarles sobre mis paquetes perdidos. No hicieron nada, tuve que presentar una denuncia policial para que “revisaran“ las cámaras. No era el único inquilino que estaba experimentando esto. Además, es una comunidad “cerrada“, pero las puertas siempre están abiertas o rotas. Me mudé en julio de 2024 y recibí un correo electrónico de un cobrador de deudas indicando que debo $365 de Array Vista, sí, Array. Nunca me llamaron, enviaron un correo electrónico ni siquiera enviaron correo físico (correo postal) antes de enviar mi factura al cobrador de deudas. La factura era por tarifas de limpieza típicas, ¡algo de lo que nunca había oído hablar! Cuando me mudé, mi apartamento estaba limpio, sin daños importantes, solo el desgaste típico. Una vez que recibí la factura del cobrador de deudas, llamé a la oficina para preguntarles por qué me estaban cobrando. Se suponía que me devolverían la llamada, pero nunca lo hicieron. Tuve que ir personalmente a preguntar y me dijeron que siempre cobran estas tarifas al mudarse. Ni siquiera pudieron proporcionarme documentación que indicara que intentaron contactarme para hablar sobre las tarifas. Si no lo sabes, esto te afectará al solicitar otro apartamento. ¡¡¡NUNCA MÁS!!!
En primer lugar, nuestro asesor de arrendamiento, Deric M. Fue muy agradable y fácil ir. A las oficinas en el frente de la propiedad, mi familia fue recibido con amabilidad y energía. Deric mostró nosotros todos los pormenores de este complejo de apartamentos de lujo de las cabañas junto a la piscina de primera categoría, servicio de recolección de residuos. Mis hijos y tu abuela fueron tan perplejo como yo. Nos NO PUEDES esperar para la mudanza! Se recomienda.
