Property Ratings at Aqua at Plaza 88
I wish it was possible to give them zero stars. They bill this as a luxury building…what a joke. If you’re idea of luxury includes no hot water, crappy water pressure, elevators that are frequently out of service, one elevator that only serves part of the floors, delays getting in and out due to poorly programmed elevators, frequent thefts from the mail room, fire alarms that will go off at least twice a month, and a virtual concierge that will hang up on you if they can not deal with your issue in under 15 seconds, then Aqua 88 might be for you. The building staff are nice enough, but they are just putting lipstick on a pig. The building has atrocious build quality and the property manager is only interested in squeezing every dollar out of the building for the owner and putting very little into preventative work (or so it would seem based on my experience). Find another building…your long term happiness will thank you.
