Property Ratings at Alexander Apartments
Living at Alexander Phase 1 & 2 has been a frustrating experience due to poor management. The fire alarm goes off in all apartments at least twice a month, disrupting everyone, and management does nothing to fix it. On top of that, the amenities (BBQ, Sauna, Pool) are often broken for months, and when asked for updates, there’s no clear explanation or timeline for repairs. It’s a great location and the condo itself is nice, but the lack of proper maintenance and communication makes it hard to enjoy. Definitely not worth the hassle unless management improves.
