Small pets allowed; a small dog door is already installed. An additional $400 pet deposit required, $200 refundable. Front and back yard is extremely low maintenance (desert plants and rocks). Once annually, owner will pay for bush trimming in backyard and cholla trim in front. Renter expected to manage weeds and any other light yardwork rest of year. HOA fines for failure to maintain weeds in front will be assessed to renter. Garage will hold two small cars, or one larger. No parking on the street is allowed at any time (for residents or guests), however, vehicles may park in personal driveway (a good option for taller vehicles). Neighborhood is exceptionally safe and secure, but added peace of mind! Thermostat is a "smart" ecobee, which will sync with an app on your phone. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, lovely residents you will enjoy living near. Renters are expected to respect rules of HOA and community, be respectful neighbors, observe appropriate consideration for others (no loud music in late evening, no loud parties, etc). There is a community room that can host gatherings, located next to pool. No smoking is permitted anywhere on property.
