The property offers three pools, one heated, located between the two towers and at each end of the towers. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available near the east and west pools. Tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts are located in the northwest corner of the property, and a fitness center is in the south end of the building. Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles per condo. Visit St. Andrews State Park, a stunning nature preserve offering scenic trails, kayaking, and wildlife viewing. This property is not pet-friendly. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
