This ranch-style home features 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen and great spots to hang out, including a movie room. The furniture and décor have a traditional style which adds tons of character to the space. The open-concept living area features a fireplace and serene views from the large windows. A second living room provides another inviting and cozy spot to gather. The spacious kitchen offers lots of room to comfortably move around as you cook up your own fresh meals, including a huge island right in the middle that provides loads of counter space. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Located in Celina, a countryside area outside of the DFW area that embodies ranch-style living, this vacation home is 45 minutes from DFW Airport and within an hour of downtown Dallas, which offers many amazing and well-known attractions. Closer to home, you’ll have access to many recreational activities just 35 minutes away at Ray Roberts Lake State Park, including Jordan Branch Park, Isle du Bois State Park, and the Ray Roberts Greenbelt, which is a 20 mile multi-use trail stretching from Lake Ray Roberts to Lake Lewisville. The Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch is 30 minutes away, and Eden Hill Winery and Vineyard is just a 10-minute drive away. The Bridges Golf Club is just 20 minutes away, and THE LAGOON at Windsong Ranch is just 25 minutes away. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate will be applied for more than six guests. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, guests should refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. [SI]
