The home also offers high-speed WiFi, a private workstation with a monitor, board games, and a crib for little ones. The home is pet-friendly and offers free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Additional features include central A/C and heating and a washer/dryer, making it easy to settle in for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. The property is located in Newport News, offering a peaceful retreat near the water with a spacious yard backing onto wooded scenery and glimpses of the river. Enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and lounge chairs for relaxing in the backyard. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from the rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, leading to dismissal from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Includes a private workstation with a monitor and high-speed WiFi, providing a convenient set-up for remote work.
