This area turns into amazing fat biking and groomed track set cross-country skiing in the winter. Trailside Park (mountain bike skills park, skate park, playground, tennis courts, dog park) is a 4 minute bike ride away. This apartment is in the wonderful Park City School District (Trailside Elementary). There are many families on our street-- a tight community of full time residents with children. My wife and I spent years renting so we built this place out to how we would want to live. Some details about the space: Starting with the walls and ceilings, we soundproofed like a Nashville studio to avoid sound transfer from upstairs living space to your basement home.
