Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A smart lock provides hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
