The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. The front door faces south, where there is a semi-private yard (other tenants might walk by, but won't linger). There is a electric fireplace in the living room. This building is built so that no one is above or below. Pets considered on a case by case basis, max one, small size 20 pounds or less. Must be fixed, adult and friendly. Additional rent ($25/mo) and refundable deposit. There is no fenced yard, but a nice yard in front. Utilities: landlord pays water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays electric. Shared coin op laundry in back, next to the garages. Each unit has one bay and one storage room inside the garage. Blue Sage offers Resident Benefit Packages, where you can choose: Option 1: pest control, renters insurance, and ID protection for $30 per month. Option 2: pest control and ID protection for $20 per month. Option 3: renters insurance only at $11.95 per month. Option 4: none of the above (renters ins is required) This home is managed by Blue Sage Property Management. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
