Welcome to the Cascade Mountain Stream Condos. Located in Cascade, Colorado, our condos are immersed in nature with a mountain creek flowing through the backyard and two fields surrounding the house. In the front of the house is the main road with Ute Pass Elementary School across the road as well as the bus barn for the Manitou Springs School district. This means it is easy for children to walk to the elementary school or be picked up by the middle/high school bus heading down to Manitou Springs. Another benefit to the location is the main road is one of the first to be plowed during a snowstorm as it is the main road for the buses, emergency vehicles into the valley and Highway 24 is 300 yards up the road hill from us. This means you are less likely to be stuck indoors when a snowstorm happens! We are about 15 minutes (10 mi) up the mountain pass from Old Colorado City and 5 10 minute drive to most places in Woodland Park. We have beautiful mountains surrounding our valley with many great hiking trails starting just a few hundred yards from the property. If you are looking to live up in the Colorado Rockys, we are the perfect location for you! We offer a 2-bedroom condo equipped with a Full Kitchen, Living Room/Dining Room area, and of course 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom. Some of our condos are equipped with a Jacuzzi bath/shower as well. The condo is Fully Furnished including Kitchen Utensils if needed. The rent includes all your costs, so there are no extra costs, so all Utilities are covered, Furnisher, Wi-Fi, Trash Services, Laundry Room, and Streaming Services. There is freedom in choosing the setup of the condo if you would like certain pieces of furniture removed, this is possible, as well as choosing the type of beds needed in the bedrooms. You can choose from twin beds, bunk beds, and king beds. Please note there are 4 condos on the property in total. You of course will have your own entrance and exit to the condo as well as an outdoor seating area. If you would like to set up a moment to come and tour the property, we would love to show you!

Parking can be done on the property. Dogs and Cats are welcome for an additional $40 a month pet rent per pet. There is also an additional $300 deposit for your furry friend. The rent rate is based on 2 people any additional people you will be living with will be an extra $100 per person. We are offering leases starting today till the 19th of May 2025 currently.
