The second floor features three full bedrooms each with modest storage as well as a full bathroom and dedicated laundry room. The washer/dryer are almost brand new they were purchased just this last year. Hardwood flooring throughout both floors fresh paint and upgraded plumbing. There is also a rare two-car garage in the back and small patio area behind the garage for future garden/sitting space. Located on the North end of Rose Street next to the Rose St. Coop and many homes that have been restored back to their glory. Near public transportation and close to downtown in the beautiful Queen City. Parking: Total of street spaces is four with two in the garage, two in front of the garage. Entry driveway from the street is shared. Tenants are NEVER ALLOWED to park in the pass through part of the driveway. Nor the back lot as it does not belong to 92 Rose. Washer/Dryer in Unit No Cosigners Tenants must meet criteria on their own. Owner covers: Trash/Recycling, Lawncare, Water/Sewer, Plowing for adjacent shared driveway with neighbors.
