Lots of original woodwork throughout the building. Like all Grandview doubles, it has two normal sized bedrooms with a very small third bedroom. It is a clean, high quality place. washer dryer hookup in the basement. This property will be available for move in about September 4th, based on how long it takes get it ready for new residents. Present resident moves out at the end of August. It might be available sooner, if they move a day or two early. No dogs please neutered cats ok with deposit. This is Grandview proper, near parks, restaurants , etc. Great area, extremely small town in the city....very safe. Please call to arrange showing.
