Two-story, single-family homes and 1930s bungalows dot the streets of the Hudson's Bay neighborhood in Vancouver, with apartment complexes clustered in the northeast corner of the community. This neighborhood, which sits just southeast of downtown Vancouver and blocks from the Columbia River, contains some historic homes in the Officers Row section, a popular area for walking tours.
At the north end of Hudson's Bay, Memory/Mill Plain Park features three little league fields, two softball fields, and a soccer field.
