The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Bedroom 5: 2 Single Bunk Beds. Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite, a full bathroom in Bedroom 2 ensuite, and an additional full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a $39/night fee for each additional guest. The extra bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the fifth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests. In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 1.5 miles drive! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 2.5 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 12 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 5 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 12 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days! You’ll also be 6.5 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. No smoking inside the property with a $750 fine for violation. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated, and pool lights are out of service. The kiddie pool doesn't have strong jets but has bubbles. The landskeeper will go once a week. For safety purposes, there are 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy. Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be non-refundable. This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them. We work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control. The garage is remodeled as a game room. The pool house is used as a storage, guests will not have access to it. Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 9:00. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the trash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
