Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk to Melvin Park or Mendenhall River Elementary School in the opposite direction. Large master bedroom has two large windows and a 6'x6' walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a built-in desk. The kitchen has an quiet dishwasher, refrigerator with automatic filtered water and ice machine, and a bar that seats 4. The dining room fits a large table that would easily fit 8 or more people and has a built in hutch. The open layout allows for conversation and open views between the Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. Garbage, Water and Sewer included. Garage is not included as part of the rental with exception of the Washer, Dryer, and some designated space. rental includes large parking area, entire front yard, and most of the snow removal services as well. Tenant pays for fuel heat, electricity, and any other phone/internet/cable utility services desired. Rent is $1,675/month, then we provide a $75/month credit, making the monthly payment reduced to $1,600. $1,500/security deposit (can be paid in two installments within 60 days of move in date).
