A laundry room is also available for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Located in the Bishop Arts neighborhood of Oak Cliff, Dallas, this vacation home is conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. It's just 23 minutes to DFW International Airport and 8 minutes from Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are an 8-minute walk away, and the popular Dallas streetcar stops just one block away. Explore nearby museums, parks, and the Trinity River Corridor for a variety of activities and stunning views. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed, with pet cleaning fees applied. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The home is remote work-friendly, offering a comfortable environment for both short-term and medium-term stays.
