This makes it ideal for a tenant to have a quiet place, where they can remain independent, that feels like it is there own. The bedroom is large to average size. It has two large windows with blinds and curtains. The floor is made of satin varnish finished tongue and groove wood planks. This is in style of classic country homes. It also has a spacious closet. You will have your own bathroom which consists of a brand new double shower with separate tub, all tile, glass, and metal that looks very much like it belongs in a VIP suite of the Bellagio. It also has a vintage pedestal sink. The bathroom was expertly designed a little over two years ago. A small "half" kitchen is ready in the room. This includes a dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. As is currently the room is set up much like a bed and breakfast, or a country inn. It is both clean and charming. A small dorm kitchen will be furnished in the room, Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, etc. The main kitchen can be used for light cooking, The room is separated from the main house by a hallway, with three doors. The hallway has a keyed outdoor entrance that you can come and go through, the hallway also has a washer and dryer. This will be a month to month rental. Ideally being that this is partially furnished, i am seeking someone that lives "lite" without hoards of belongings and furniture. If you have an on the go lifestyle that keeps you busy with work and or school that would be ideal. This is a quiet home, so no troublemakers, drama queens, and absolutely no use of drugs will be tolerated. Many of these issues are rampant in apartments. This is a good way to avoid that sorta environment. I am seeking a respectful tenant that wants a positive comfortable living space and feels they would be a good match as a tenant to me.
