Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 for the latest departure time of 12:00 PM. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
