In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and a clean and modern full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
