The serene bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed for a relaxing stay. The living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and a clean and modern full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with a Walk Score of 93. You are just a short walk to both the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro Stations, offering a quick and direct ride to downtown Washington, D.C. This is a walker's paradise with Ballston Quarter, dozens of restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents, and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
