The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the damage waiver fee will be charged: Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250, replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and party on property $300 fine.
