Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and a clean and modern full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. You are steps from the shopping, dining, and food hall at Ballston Quarter and a short walk to the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro stations, putting all of D.C.'s monuments and museums at your fingertips. Enjoy world-class dining with inventive tacos at Taco Bamba, healthy fare at True Food Kitchen, and authentic Spanish cuisine at SER Restaurant. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and valid ID must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A laptop computer is not included.
