The loft includes another bedroom with a queen bed, a bath with a shower, and a desk and reading nook. Enjoy high-quality beddings and linens, a dining table that seats up to six, and access to popular streaming TV services. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, silverware, basic condiments, and K-cup coffee and tea. Firewood is provided for the wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy nights in. The regular nightly rate covers four guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of six guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per pet fee. The best way to explore Whidbey Island is by car. You will hear jets flying by as the home is close to the Outlying Landing Field on Whidbey Island, featuring F-18s as seen in Top Gun: Maverick. Cell service is spotty, but enabling Wi-Fi calling and texting will help. This property has two separate houses, Rhododendron Loft and Island Hideaway, each with its own private entrance. They are far enough apart to ensure privacy and do not share amenities. Strictly no parties or events, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, and shoes should not be worn inside the home. The upstairs loft area includes a work-from-home space with a desk, perfect for remote work-friendly needs. While the Wi-Fi is the fastest available on the island, it is suitable for most entertainment and light working needs.
