Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Private driveway parking is available for two vehicles, with overflow parking nearby. Located in the exclusive Emerald Shores community, this property provides easy access to local attractions such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park, and Henderson Beach State Park. Enjoy the best of Destin's shopping, dining, and entertainment options just minutes away. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique door code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM to avoid fines or immediate eviction without refund. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the home, making it ideal for remote work.
