The large kitchen, living, and dining room setup make this a very comfortable space where everyone can congregate and commune, but may still head back to their own bedroom for privacy and studying. There is a ton of natural light that flows into this space. A washer/dryer is available for your use in the basement and there is off-street parking! This funky house is great for a group of friends, Ohio University students, Marching 110 band-mates, etc. Walking distance to Ohio University and Uptown Athens, Ohio.
