Enjoy free driveway parking right in front of the home, located in a quiet, gated community with no rear neighbors. Pool heat is an optional amenity available at an additional cost for the duration of your stay, with a minimum of 5 days. Extra services, except pool heat, are non-refundable but can be rescheduled at no additional cost if your reservation changes dates, subject to availability. West Lucaya Village Resort offers resort-style amenities without any additional fees. Enjoy a heated community pool and hot tub, a clubhouse with a fitness center, a kids’ play area, walking trails, and green spaces, all within a secure, gated community. The townhome is conveniently located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World, 20 miles from Universal Studios, 16 miles from SeaWorld Orlando, 15 miles from Orlando Premium Outlets, and 26 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Firearms are prohibited, and any illegal activities will result in eviction without refund. Trash must be placed in designated carts, with a $100 charge for improper disposal. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in pool areas, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
