Please note that the garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community, this property offers access to first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar. The property is just a short drive from Orlando's world-famous attractions, including Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Nearby, you'll find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs not approved in writing will incur a fee of up to $250. The property is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property, with fines up to $300 for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors during these times. The property is equipped with a Ring Camera for safety and security.
