We have a beautiful one bedroom one bathroom but we are having to relocate even though we love this apartment! We are looking for someone to either take over our lease, or sign a new lease through the complex. Either way you choose, you will have to apply just like normal with a $50 application fee. We are looking for someone as soon as possible, and we are happy to show you the place via appointment. Hebron 121 Station Apartments is in a great location right at 121 and 35 with easy access in and out with a newly built bridge! There's plenty of shopping with the Vista Ridge Mall right across 35 and many dining options and a Target right down the street! There's many dog parks available and a fantastic resort style pool among many other great amenities available! http://www.apartmentsinlewisvilletx.com/index.aspx As soon you walk in the door you will notice a personal built in desk which helps maximize the space. The living/dining room is huge while a granite counter separates you from the wood floor kitchen creating a open living space. The kitchen employs a full sized pantry with updated black appliances while still having plenty of counter and cabinet space. We have one of the best floor plans available for the price as the sole renters of this apartment since it was built in 2014. The large sliding glass door leads to a spacious balcony. The washer and dryer are already installed in the walk-in laundry room but cost an additional $40/month to rent. (highly recommended) There is a trash valet service included in the utility bill that will pick up your trash if you leave it outside the door nightly, Sunday through Thursday. The utility bill is always under or around $40/month. Again we love this apartment and had just renewed the lease in May for our 3rd year, but we have to relocate. Details about taking over our lease or signing a new lease can be answered through email or you can set up an appointment for us to show you the apartment. For serious inquiries only.
