The condo is located on the second floor with an elevator on-site, providing easy access to the waterview pool and hot tub. The condo offers a full kitchen with direct views of the water, in-unit washer and dryer, and two TVs with an Amazon Fire Stick for entertainment. Relax on the private balcony with seating for four, or take advantage of the waterview pool and hot tub. Complimentary coffee is provided to start your day right. Free shaded parking is available, and pets are welcome with a $125 fee per pet. Guests are allowed up to two dogs, which must be reported in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet. The condo also offers a fishing dock and access to the Pinellas Trail across the street. Situated in a safe and quiet waterside area, this condo is perfect for couples and families. It's just a 6-minute drive to the beach and directly across from a boat ramp. The neighborhood offers plenty of dining and bar options nearby, including Doc Fords rum bar next door, Cody’s Roadhouse, and Glory Days Grill, all within walking distance. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and check-out is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, and a $250 penalty will be charged if smoking is detected. Noise from neighbors’ projects or renovations may occur during weekday daytime hours, and refunds will not be issued for such disturbances. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID and verification photo are required. A $50 penalty will be applied if pet feces are left on the property. A/C should be set to “AUTO” mode and not lower than 71°F.
