Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas; any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day; the apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds; an additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately based on stay length. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
