You'll get plenty of all the typical utensils and cooking supplies to cook like a typical non-professional chef family. If you don't know-how, or don't like to cook...Less than 500 yards away: Burrito Express (very popular) // Natural Grocery // Papa John's // Starbucks // #Poke // Sonic, etc. One private covered parking spot, #73, is approximately 10 regular steps away! Super clutch during wet/snowy days and for sun protection too! All covered parking is private, so extra vehicles or guests have to find an uncovered spot. Do your research before picking an area to live in! West Lakewood is clean, safe, next to the mountains, has tons of parks and lakes, tons of hiking, and nature stuff. It is only 15 min west of Downtown. Living in Lakewood, especially my place, is where it's at! Thanks for checking my listing out! Fees & Deposits...Obviously, two big dogs can "potentially" cause more damage than one small trained animal. So, the pet deposit is somewhat negotiable. However, it would be safe to assume the fee applies "per pet." A pre and post-inventory will be conducted as part of the agreement.
