Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom apartment. There is parking on premises with instructions given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in and check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with prior authorization. For delayed checkout, there is a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you.
