Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. The safety and well-being of guests are of utmost importance, with a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Guest verification is required, including providing a government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with a $100 fine per unauthorized guest and a $500 fine if signs of smoking are found. Noise monitors are installed to measure noise levels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with a $500 late check-out fee if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
