The dining room features a large farm table, and the fully equipped galley-style kitchen is designed for efficiency, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible from the kitchen or living room. Bedroom one includes two full-size beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and the master bedroom features two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bathroom also offers a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are available in the garage, and the fully fenced backyard includes patio furniture and a grill. The property is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located in a residential area, the home is about two miles from the University of South Alabama. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience.
