Enjoy the convenience of bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk. The condo includes one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two dogs (40 lbs combined) for an additional fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may also incur a pet fee. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo offers an excellent beachfront location with direct access to the boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are just downstairs. Explore nearby attractions such as the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available for easy transportation. The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination of stay and a $500 fine. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, monitored by decibel sensors. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, and a valid photo ID is required. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and no weapons or drugs are permitted on the premises.
