Pets are allowed with a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Additional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an extra fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions such as the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade are just downstairs. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, and Renaissance Plaza. Taxis and rideshare options are readily available for easy transportation. Smoking is prohibited within or outside the condo, including balconies and common areas, with a $500 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, and a valid photo ID is required. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background and credit check. The condo is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area to accommodate your work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
