Additionally, there are two complimentary parking spots per reservation, and a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load via app. Enhance your stay with optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and additional fees. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Situated in the Showboat building, this condo offers an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk are just downstairs. The 85k Lucky Snake arcade, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also right downstairs. Nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare options are readily available for easy transportation. This property is a smoke-free environment, with a $500 fine for any sign of smoking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, monitored by decibel sensors. No parties or outside guests without permission are allowed. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement is 22 for out-of-town guests and 25 for local guests. Pets are limited to dogs only, with specific breed restrictions. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background and credit check.
