Skip the tiny hotel room and enjoy this 1200 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. The condo offers great amenities such as direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. You also get 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation with provided parking codes. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and collected separately. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, except for students and interns. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term stays (30 days or more) require a background search and credit check. A laptop computer is not included.
