Enhance your stay with optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and additional fees. The condo offers two complimentary parking spots per reservation, and bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed (40 lbs combined), for an additional fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may also incur a pet fee. Situated in the Showboat building, this condo boasts an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk are just steps away. The 85k square foot Lucky Snake arcade, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. With plenty of taxis and rideshare options available, getting around is convenient and easy. This property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-parties policy. Any sign of smoking will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fine. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, and a valid photo ID is required. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background and credit check. Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited, with zero tolerance for violations. The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work. However, a laptop computer is not included.
