Washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a one towel per guest per stay policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
