The open-concept kitchen and living space features a wall of windows providing nature views, and the 6-person dining table is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The home is situated in a spacious, secluded, wooded area with Beaver Lake accessible by a staircase/path in the backyard. Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake, with the house located just 2.9 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles from Downtown Rogers, offering a variety of restaurants and shops. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow and the connection is intermittent. Guests do not have access to the boat dock, and boat parking is not allowed due to Beaver Lake rules. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, affecting lake accessibility and appearance.
