The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 5: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds (1st Floor). All Linens and towels provided. Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with High-Speed Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Heating, and Washer/Dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Our home is nestled in the tranquil and family-friendly Westchester neighborhood of Grand Prairie, Texas. This peaceful community offers a serene environment, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Conveniently located, our home is just 4 miles from the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, 1 mile from a Cinemark Movie Theater, and 3 miles from a local Walmart. The Westchester neighborhood is known for its quiet streets and well-maintained homes, offering a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Its central location in the DFW area provides easy access to schools, colleges, shopping centers, and other amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Whether you're here for shopping, entertainment, or simply to relax, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in a charming suburban setting. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. High-Speed Wi-Fi is available for all your remote work needs.
