Aric Beals, a native North Carolina began property management and sales in May of 1991. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, he holds a N.C. Broker's license and has attained the GRI professional designation. He is active in the Canopy Realtors Association & North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR). Recently he completed his second term on the Executive Committee and continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Current and past service includes Chairman of NCAR Property Management Division, Canopy Realtors Board of Directors, serving on the NC Realtors & Canopy Legislative and Political Affairs Committees, past Chairman and past Governor Real Estate Building Industry Coalition (REBIC), Mecklenburg County Storm Water Task force, various City of Charlotte Landlord - Tenant taskforces, & Mecklenburg County Citizens Budget Advisory Committee. He has one son and one daughter and is an active member of his church, Sardis Presbyterian Church currently serving as an Elder and part of the Praise Band for church's Contemporary Service.
