Onsite amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, an expansive fitness center with free weights and cardio equipment, and a free tanning bed. The apartment is pet-friendly with a fenced dog park and an open field at the front of the property. Family-friendly amenities include a pack n' play and booster seat at no extra cost. Additional units in the same community/building are available if you are coming with friends or need more space. Conveniently located on the edge of Jordan Creek Town Center, everything you need is within arm's reach. A 3.5-acre lake and boardwalk, along with plenty of nearby walking trails, allow you to head out on foot to enjoy the beautiful Iowa weather. You will have full access to the unit, the fitness center, and the swimming pool. A key fob is required to access the fitness center and pool. A Bluetooth speaker, large umbrella, and folding wagon/cart for groceries or moving are also included. A laptop computer is not included. The apartment includes a workspace with a height-adjustable desk and high-speed wireless internet access is available throughout the entire unit and at the community amenities.
