There is metered street parking available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour from Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Pet policies vary by location—please confirm the specific rules for your destination prior to arriving with your pet. A $150.00 fee plus tax applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed.
