Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. To get there take Hwy 111 to Jefferson turn right to Ave. 52 turn left to Monroe turn right go one block to Carmela sign go through gates to address. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Wednesday mornings around 6am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use. NOTE: (Rates will vary by month.
