This spacious home is designed to accommodate up to 15 guests with ease, offering 5 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, expansive indoor living areas, and a cozy outdoor patio complete with a hot tub, comfortable seating, and a gas BBQ. The kitchen is a culinary dream, fully stocked and ready to cater to a gathering of 15, featuring a large fridge and freezer, microwave, conventional oven, induction stovetop, and coffee maker. The dining area, complemented by a center island and barstools, is perfect for social meals. The main floor living room offers a luxurious leather sofa set, a large smart TV, Sonos speakers, and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Downstairs, enjoy entertainment with an oversized leather sectional, smart TV, Sonos speakers, arcade games, bean bags, and a variety of board and card games. Each bedroom is a private sanctuary, with the primary bedroom on the main floor including a king bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms offer king beds, queen beds, twin beds, and delightful bunk beds, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $150 fee per pet, with a 50lb weight limit. The hot tub is available for all guests to enjoy, but additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary. The garage is equipped with a Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger at no additional cost. Experience breathtaking sunrises over the Tetons and serene sunsets to the west on the private backyard patio. The property includes a 2-car garage, driveway space, and street parking, with a Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger for electric vehicles. Distances to National Parks include Yellowstone's West Entrance at 1 hour 46 minutes, South Entrance at 2 hours 28 minutes, and Grand Teton at 57 minutes. Grand Targhee Ski and Summer Resort is 21 minutes away, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is 40 minutes away. Regional airports include Idaho Falls, Jackson, and Bozeman, with Driggs, Victor, and Jackson nearby. The property is smoke-free, and guests are prohibited from using any smoking or vaping product inside the home or in the areas immediately outside the home. Guests are not allowed to throw parties, large gatherings, or other social events at the property. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. Check-in is self-service and available no earlier than 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to perform specific tasks before departure, such as turning off lights, setting the thermostat, washing dishes, locking doors, and removing trash. Lost keys or garage door remotes incur replacement fees of $100 and $250, respectively. Fiber internet is supplied by Silver Star Communications, with Wi-Fi access points installed for coverage throughout the inside and outside of the property, as well as hard-wired Ethernet in every room. Guests can access the internet through the guest Wi-Fi network and the smart TVs.
