Refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. No parties or events are allowed. If a party or event occurs, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 and a charge for carpet cleaning will be applied. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and incur a fee of $25 per hour. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged for the next night’s stay. Pets are allowed, but please pick up after them. The home’s cleaning fee is based on courteous guest behavior. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for unreasonable messes or damages. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property, including cannabis or vape. A $250 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified. Ensure the number of guests matches your reservation, as there will be a $50 fine per guest in excess of the reserved number.
