Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40 lbs, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Dogs only, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs allowed. Wheelchair accessibility is available in some units, so please inquire in advance to ensure an accessible first-floor unit. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Additionally, within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock, and major attractions are mere steps away. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. A laptop computer is not included.
