Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Two complimentary parking spots per reservation are provided with parking codes. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are permitted. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations of this rule.
